The focus of my most recent body of works features a playful representation of abstract florals and bold tulip petals.

Bright and whimsical with texture and dimension, this collection is a story of life anew and the promise of spring.

Enjoying the peaceful fluidity and expressionistic forms of these pieces allows the mind to dance and escape into a world of color and light.

To contrast the fluidity of the these organic structures, I enjoy blending my background in textiles into the core of my artistic works.

Through color theory and pattern explorations, I am able to morph the fiber world into unique painted pieces. 

Like a patchwork quilt, no two pieces are alike and yet they all share a distinct similarity through their warp and weft.

Together they make up a colorful tapestry of visual texture and give off a sense of nostalgia with heirloom memories.
